This stylish two bedroom, two bathroom Spanish condo is walking distance to the old mission, local coffee shops & restaurants. Downtown Santa Barbara is just 1.5 miles away. Featuring vaulted ceilings in every room and an open plan living room & kitchen, two bedrooms with each private bathroom. Relax on the balcony with your morning coffee or glass of wine in the evening while looking out to the majestic mountains. Enjoy a swim in the pool or a dip in the hot tub. The complex offers a beautiful pool and hot tub for enjoyment or simply relax on the sun lounger! Available for extended stays of 31 days or more - this vacation rental is perfect for traveling professionals or for couples or families wanting a place to simply to relax.
Our property is thoughtfully curated to create a serene retreat, just a short 1.5 mile drive, or walk from the vibrant downtown and pristine beaches. We strive to make every guest's stay unforgettable and worry-free.
The Space
The condo has a wonderful feeling of tranquility and calm. The 1300 square feet space features beautiful high vaulted ceilings. The condo has new carpets, is freshly painted throughout and tastefully designed and furnished. Both bedrooms have full length windows with blackout drapes that help set you up for a good nights sleep and separate sea green sheer curtains that give you the option to diffuse the light during the daytime.
The master bedroom looks out onto the mountains in the distance and has a comfy chair for reading and a desk and wooden chair to use for work if needed. The brand new king bed is so incredibly comfortable you will want to sleep in late! Store all your personal items and clothes in the fabulous large walk in closet featuring lots of hanging space and shelves. The master bathroom has a pretty granite vanity with large mirror above and a good sized walk-in shower. The guest room is delightful and has the same double curtains as the master bedroom. Opposite the brand new and very comfortable queen bed is a large built in white storage unit with TV, games and books.
The guest bathroom can be accessed via the guest bedroom or the hallway and features a newly remodeled bathroom with a full bath and shower above. A dark blue vanity unit with back lit anti-fog round mirror above. The in unit laundry is accessed via the guest room or from the guest bathroom.
In the open plan living room there is a new super comfortable ivory long sofa with deep cushions, and two armchairs with a vintage coffee table. There is a dedicated workspace / desk located in one corner, and away from the sofa etc. The kitchen has a fabulous granite breakfast bar with two pretty swivel bar stools so guests can sit and enjoy their glass of wine while a meal is being prepared in the kitchen on the other side. The space is perfect for a couple or friends staying together. There are plenty of options for enjoying your meal -at the round dining table that seats 4-6, at the breakfast bar, or my own personal favourite - at the bistro table on the balcony looking out to the mountains. It's especially pretty in the evenings when the fairy lights give it that extra bit of magic!
